LandscapesPA ("Service") is an AI-powered landscaping analysis platform provided by Landscapes Spa, Inc. ("Company"). By accessing and using LandscapesPA, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Landscapes Spa, Inc. and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on LandscapesPA. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

3. User Content

By uploading User Content to LandscapesPA, you grant Landscapes Spa, Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute it for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

4. AI Analysis Limitations and Disclaimers

LandscapesPA uses artificial intelligence to analyze landscaping plans and images. AI analysis may contain errors, inaccuracies, or misinterpretations. Analysis results are estimates and approximations, not precise calculations.

You must verify all analysis results independently before making business decisions or submitting estimates to clients.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of ProjectAnalyser, you are responsible for:

• Verifying all AI-generated analysis independently before use
• Maintaining your professional standards and following industry best practices
• Accepting full liability for any estimates or recommendations provided to clients based on ProjectAnalyser analysis
• Ensuring you are properly licensed and credentialed for the work you undertake
• Complying with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

6. Warranty Disclaimer

LandscapesPA is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Landscapes Spa, Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of LandscapesPA, including but not limited to lost revenue, incorrect projects, or client disputes.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Landscapes Spa, Inc. from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of LandscapesPA, your violation of these Terms, disputes with third parties, or your User Content.

9. Termination

Landscapes Spa, Inc. may terminate or suspend your account and access immediately for any reason. Upon termination, your access ceases and account data may be deleted after 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State where Landscapes Spa, Inc. is incorporated. If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions will remain in effect.
